With over 30 years of experience in marketing, Professor Beswick is the founder and CEO of bms Ltd, an international marketing research consultancy, with offices in Switzerland and the USA. Apart from his well-established consulting experience, Prof. Beswick has held management positions in major industrial organizations while also actively contributing as a faculty member and lecturer in several European and American Business schools since 1990.

Akshatha Ilangovan is a multi-disciplinary researcher with a steadfast interest in Technology, Digital Marketing, Data Science, Business Intelligence and Digital Transformation Strategy with academic and professional experiences across Kuwait, India, and Switzerland.
