Akshatha Ilangovan is a multi-disciplinary researcher with a steadfast interest in Technology, Digital Marketing, Data Science, Business Intelligence and Digital Transformation Strategy with academic and professional experiences across Kuwait, India, and Switzerland.
With research interests spanning consumer behaviour, personalisation, emerging technology and social media marketing, Akshatha has published and presented her work in over three prominent global conferences across India, America and Europe in world-renowned platforms such as the American Marketing Association, the European Marketing Association and IEEE.
Prior to working with bms AG, Akshatha worked with Protiviti Kuwait as an Analyst with the Data & Analytics team.
